WHere is a home-style take on a drink found on a new drinks list. Designed as a party-sized prepared mix that is loaded with the tastes associated with holiday season, making it excellent for a holiday party. Any leftover citrus syrup for brunch beverages, desserts, or to make additional servings of the drink.

Ingredients for the Citrus Syrup (makes 750ml)
300ml newly squeezed clementine juice
200ml newly squeezed lemon juice
500g granulated sugar
To make the Drink (produces 850ml, enough for 10)
400ml good quality vodka
100ml London dry gin
150ml peach-flavored liqueur
200ml clementine syrup (see above)
Whole cranberries, for garnish
Mandarin essential oil, as a final touch
Method
Making the Cordial: Put all the ingredients inside a saucepan, bring to a light boil, agitating so the sugar melts. Then, take off the burner and let it to cool down fully. Pour into a clean bottle, seal keeping it in the refrigerator, it will last for up to a month.
For the Cocktail Base: Mix all the spirits and syrup in a large bottle, leave to sit for an hour, then pass it through preferably using a fine cloth, to ensure it's completely strained.
For serving: Add 85ml of the batch mix into your cocktail shaker packed with ice, gently stirring gently for one minute to chill. Pour to a cold coupe glass or similar, garnish with a few cranberries and complete it using a brief mist with the mandarin essence above the glass.
